The ChiroSlumber Story

ChirosSlumber was created by Dr. Richard Kind, a chiropractor in practice since 1986. Dr. Kind was frustrated with his inability to consistently recommend a mattress to support his chiropractic patients’ needs. After extensive research, Dr. Kind developed a sleep system that provided a balance of proper spinal support and a restful night’s sleep. In 2001, production began on the first ChiroSlumber mattress. ChiroSlumber, a privately held LLC, has shown continuous growth and is recognized as an innovative leader in the healthy sleep market. Dr. Richard Ballard is acting CFO and Ron Kind holds the position of V.P. Sales. Dr. Kind continues to lecture to nationwide audiences of Doctors of Chiropractic, instructing them on the importance of sleep, sleep surfaces and mattress construction.
